H4H began serving in Uganda in 2025 through our Sponsor a Child program, which has already taken seven children off the streets and sent them back to school. Our facilitators work closely with each child to ensure their needs are being met, as H4H's support goes far beyond just covering tuition expenses. Our efforts also focus on providing medical, nutritional, and spiritual support through intentional care for children who have been neglected for far too long.
